The course infrastructure is very much centered around the learner over 8 weeks where 8x1 hr online conference are facilitated. Home work tasks are given and the learning adds up to a 30 hr program

The course is said to encourage a deeper understanding of emotional, psychological 'intelligence' and spiritual awareness working as a whole to bring about a healthy mind body and spirit. The learner will practice wholistically to integrate ones intrinsic wholesome nature. Practice assessing and evaluating wholistically. This brings the learner to understand at a deeper level of what being a 'Holistic Worker' is all about (something that they miss out on college courses and where there is no reason for colleges and Holistic Learning establishments, not to integrate this wholistic methods into their programs. Taking part in this course is becoming an even bigger part of the even bigger panoramic view
